Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed that the shelving throughout the facility needs to be cleaned.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed that the inside of the milk coolers has debris build-up on te bottom shelving.

3717-1-05.4(G) / Storage areas, rooms, and receptacles - capacity and availability.
Adequate area and/or receptacles for refuse, recyclable, or returnables not provided. Observed that the facility had refuse laying all over the floor in the back room. The facility shall have adequate receptacles for waste.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed that the facility was not maintained and was not clean during the inspection. Observed that there was spillage(soda) on the flooring during the inspection, clean. Observed candy on the floor in the aisles during the inspection, clean the flooring. Observed that the back storage room had clutter and debris on the flooring.
