3717-1-02.2 (C ) / Hands and arms: when to wash
Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands when required. Observed employees doing several different tasks including taking money, making drinks and assembling food without stopping to wash hands in between. Hands must be washed before gloves are worn.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed TCS foods sitting out on the counter for too long during rush - turkey, eggs, cream cheese. These items were above 41F. Maintain in cold holding when not being used.

3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests.
Critical Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed several gnats near the drive through window by the sink and under that cabinet. Clean throughout day to remove sticky residue, drink debris, or other attractants. Contact license pest controller if problem persists.

3717-1-04.1(C) / Food-contact surfaces - cleanability
Critical Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed a crack in the ice scoop. Multiuse food-contact surfaces shall be: (2) Free of breaks, open seams, cracks, chips, inclusions, pits, and similar imperfections; Ice scoop will need to be replaced.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection assigned spefically to this store. At this time, only one person has a valid Level Two Food Safety Certificate - Christopher Mowers, which covers all stores. This issue has been discussed on the previous FIVE inpsections at this facility. One person per licensed facility must have a Level Two Food Safety Certificate.

Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed hand-sinks in kitchen only reaching 80F.

No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink at the drive through window.

3717-1-06.2(E) / Handwashing signage.
Handwashing sign not posted at the sink by the drive through window.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
No soap at handwashing sinks at the drive through window and the back area.

3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Food employee(s) hair not effectively restrained.Food employees shall effectively restrain hair by wearing hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, or linens; or unwrapped single-service or single-use articles. This provision does not apply to food employees such as counter staff who only serve beverages and wrapped or packaged foods, hostesses, and wait staff if they present a minimal risk of contaminating exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build-up on the undercounter cooler and the inside surfaces of the microwave.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the hand-sink by the front register blocked off to not be used due to a leak. Maintenance has been scheduled for this weekend.
