Bulk food for customer self-service not properly labeled. Observed no ingredient statements available for two types of donuts available at the bakery self service case.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the hinges on the chest freezer are broken. The lid to the chest freezer is difficult to close properly due to this. Permanently repair the hinges. If this unit will be replaced, it must be replaced with a commercial grade, NSF approved to standard 7 or equivalent freezer only.
