Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the display, date marked for discard on 07/11/2020. PIC discarded all items in question.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed sink in the customer area leaking. Repair the leak so the sink is fully operational, without issue.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed syrup and food debris under, behind, and in-between the self serve beverage machines. Observed the floor, in the area where the soda syrup box stand is, in need of cleaning.
