Critical Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed foods stored uncovered in the reach in freezer. Observed some frost build up in the freezer that could contaminate the food. Keep all foods covered during storage.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed soy sauce buckets reused for food. Observed a cardboard box reused for holding fried wonton strips.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed build up on the wire racks inside the walk in cooler. Observed build up on the surfaces of the 2 door freezer where the front cover is missing.
