Critical Corrected During Inspection Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution tested at 0 ppm in 3-bay sink and in sanitizer spray bottle. Sanitizer was remade and then tested at 300 ppm.

Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed several drains were clear drink cups were attached to the pipe leading into the drain. These drains must have a proper air gap.
