Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed the mop bucket stored in front of the hand sink blocking access to the sink. All hand sinks shall be easily accessibler at all times. Relocate the mop bucket.

3717-1-07.2 / Poisonous or toxic materials: storage and display - separation
Critical OIbserved sunscreen and medicines stored above food for retail sale im the back storage shelving. Store all chemicals below and away from food to prevent cross contamination.

3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed ice accumulation inside the 1- door freezer, there is some food debris inside the 2-door freezer, and the cabinets below the cappuccino, fountain beverage area and dump sink are dirty. Thoroughly clean all the equipment.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed build up on the facility flooring to include the walk-in cooler. Thoroughly clean the floor especially under racks.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed some water damaged ceiling tiles and cracked floor tiles in the facility.

The cabinetry the fountain beverage machine is mounted upon has been repaired. The grease trap lid has been replaced.
Facility is dating hot dogs past seven days. Discontinue this practice unless you can provide documentation that the hot dogs may be held longer than seven days.
