[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed cardboard lining a couple of shelves in the walk-in cooler. Remove the cardboard from the shelves as it is not cleanable and thus not permitted on the shelves.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the walk-in cooler door gaskets in poor repair (split/torn/damaged). Replace the gaskets on the walk-in cooler doors.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed unnecessary items stored in the back stock room. Remove all of the unnecessary items from the facility including : the old shelves, old pieces of the front counter, pizza warmer, sink, cabinets, and construction materials. Maintain the premise free of unnecessary items.
