Critical Observed build up on the one of the soda dispenser nozzles at the Club Chill fountain area.
Soda dispenser nozzles shall be clean to sight and touch. Clean the soda dispsensing nozzles.

Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed accumulation of product residue on the nozzles and interior dispensing chutes of 3 cappuccino machines in the coffee area.
The food contact surfaces of the cappuccino machine shall be clean to sight and touch. Clean the nozzles and interior chutes of the cappuccino machines.

Critical Observed product residue on the flavoring syrup pumps at the dump station.
The food contact surfaces of the flavor syrup pumps shall be clean to sight and touch. Clean the nozzles of the flavor syrup pumps.
3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(a) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot holding.
Critical TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Hot dog is 130F and tornados are 125F-130F on the roller grill at time of inspection. TCS foods must be held hot at 135F or higher at all times to prevent the growth of pathogens.
The out of temperature hot dog and tornados were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection.
3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests.
Critical Observed flies in the food prep area in the back of the store. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises as they can be a vector of disease.
Eliminate the pest and contact a licensed pest control operator if necessary.
3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed the coffee machines are not properly air gapped, with the drain hose going down into the floor drain. To prevent backsiphonage and contamination of equipment, coffee machines must be properly air gapped.

Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. The roller grill is not maintaining foods at proper temperatures of 135F or higher on the left side at this time.

Observed a gap at the bottom of the back door where pests could enter the facility.

3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint.
Food handler put on a hair net at time of inspection.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on plastic drawers in food prep area. Observed build up on wire racks in the food prep area, wire storage rack under 3 bay sink, racks in walk in cooler, and racks for chip display in the store.

Observed build up on walls and ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Observed heavy dust and grease build up on the wall and ceiling tiles in the food prep area behind the oven. Observed build up on flooring throughout the facility

3717-1-06.1(J) / Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system vents.
Ceiling vents in the food prep area, dry stock area, and retail area have accumulation of dust on them.
