Hot water, hand-soap, and paper towels available for hand-washing Bleach used for sanitizer - maintain at 100ppm. Use chlorine test strips to verify Facility is clean and maintained Level one food safety training taken by PIC. Employee health reviewed, new hand-out will be e-mailed for proper clean-up procedures. No violations observed at the time of inspection. |
