Critical Corrected During Inspection Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable - observed damaged food lids with cracks or melted surface. Remove from use.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed a knife on the cook-line being stored between the cutting board and the steam table, build-up present in this area. Knife was removed and placed into ware-washing area. Review with staff on proper storage of in use utensils.
