Critical Food on display was not properly protected from contamination by consumers. Pear and peaches set out for consumer self service were not wrapped.
To prevent contamination, , food on display shall be protected from contamination by the use of packaging; counter, service line, or salad bar food guards; display cases; or other effective means.
