NO VIOLATIONS NOTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

Observed handwashing sinks fully stocked with hot water, paper towels, and soap during inspection.
Gloves, hair nets, probing thermometers, a infrared thermometer, a maximum registering thermometer, and quaternary ammonia test strips were available at time of inspection.
Verified quaternary ammonia at 400 ppm in sanitizer bucket.
Observed good temperatures today. Milk 41F, orange juice 41F, milk 36F, yogurt 36F, salad 35F, cheese bread 137F.
High temperature dish machine was sanitizing properly with the final rinse reaching at least 172.2F.
Facility is very clean and organized.
Pest Control: Action Pest Control.

NOTES:
1. Safety Coating on light bulbs starting to come off in walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler. Replace light bulbs.
2. Person in Charge is ServSafe certified. Observed ServSafe certificate during inspection.
