Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a Magic Chef household use freezer in use for storage of product. All equipment used in a licensed food facility must be commercial grade and NSF approved or equivalent.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the interior of the microwave is rusted. Observed wood shelving in the walk in cooler is not painted or sealed and has build up that is not cleanable.
