Temperatures: hot dogs 40F, nacho cheese 145F. NO VIOLATIONS AT TIME OF INSPECTION. Notes: -Be sure to remove carpet by ice cream cooler and replace with tile so it is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Observed test strips, gloves, and thermometer. Quat sanitizer tested at 200 ppm. Hand sink fully stocked. Facility is very clean and well maintained. |
