Critical Corrected During Inspection Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. Observed that the Sanitation solution used to clean the slicer had no chlorine, in the bottle when checked. A solution was made and tested while at the facility. Correction: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned before and after use.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed that there was debris on the bottom of the shelving where the cold holding table is located. Clean the debris on the shelving.
