Food supplier is Papa Eli's from Michigan. Business plan submitted and approved. Mr. Ibrahim Haddad is the owner, he was on site delivering and controlling food. Level one food safety completed Level two food safety required now (due by next inspection)- hand out provided. Menu today - grilled cheese, beans, applesauce, broccoli with ranch. Beans - 157F, Milk 37F, Grilled cheese in hot box set low - turn setting up and maintain to at least 135F Probe thermometer available for monitoring and recording temperatures.
