*Hand sinks fully stocked. *Thermometer, test strips, hair nets, maximum registering thermometer, and gloves available. *Temperatures: cinnamon rolls 139F, chocolate milk 38F, juice 36F, walk-in cooler 36F(amb), freezer 5.5F(amb), milk 38F. *Tested quaternary ammonia sanitizer at 400 ppm in bucket. *Dish machine was sanitizing properly, it was reaching 166F at final rinse. *PIC is level II certified. *Facility is clean and well-organized. |
