3717-1-04.4(S)(1) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - use limitation.
Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed single-service containers such as sour cream containers being re-used. Single-service containers shall be discarded once they are emptied of their original contents. PIC discarded sour cream containers.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed torn gaskets on cooler #1 and cooler #3. Replace/replace gaskets to ensure coolers are holding at the correct temperature.

3717-1-04.1(A) / Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Repeat Non-durable equipment observed. Observed rusty shelves and peeling paint in cooler #1. Repair/replace shelves and re-seal/re-paint cooler so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

3717-1-04(I) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - materials.
Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed tape on the gasket of cooler #1. Remove tape as it is not cleanable and could hold build-up/bacteria.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed home-use food storage containers being used in the facility. Remove home-use containers. Ensure all containers/equipment is approved for commercial use by a recognized testing agency.
