| Meals provided by ODA registered facilities - Jojo Pizza, Papa Johns, and Chick fila. Meals are ordered ahead of time to get the proper amount required. Kids pack their own lunches as well. When renewing the food license next year contact our office to ensure proper classification is issued. Currently, license is for a class three risk level activities which includes cooking. If you only receive food and hold it for serving, the license can be lowered to a class two risk level. Maintain on site for review the Ohio food safety certificate. |
