| Spoke with Rey Debroas. The hand sinks are all properly stocked. All hot and cold holding is working properly. Thermometer, gloves, bleach and test papers present. Facility has received occupancy from the state. Students will not be returning to school for the forseeable future and as such, the license application and payment for the non-commercial risk level 3 license will not be paid until after 12/1/20. The license application and payment amount will be emailed to Rey. Once payment and application have been received the facility may operate. |
