| Facility is still closed due to the fire on March 8th. Facility has not been open or operating since the fire. No contact has been made with the health department about the status of the facility. During the repair of the facility if any of the following are planned or must be done then plan remodel will have to be gone through with all changes being approved by the health department before being made: changes to the facility, changes to the foods/beverages being offered, changes to the equipment in the facility. Contact your health inspector with any questions. Facility is required to be inspected prior to re-opening. |
