Critical Repeat TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Buffalo sauce is 52F, tomatoes 43F, and ranch 44F in the prep top cooler at time of inspection. All TCS foods must be held cold at 41F or lower at all times.

3717-1-04.2(A) / Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Repeat Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. The french fry freezer beneath the holding area is not holding at cold temperatures. Ambient air is 52F at time of inspection. The prep top cooler is not holding all foods at 41F or lower. Repair these coolers/freezers immediately.

Improper storage of food items. Observed foods stored on the floor of the walk in cooler and freezer.

3717-1-02.3(C) / Hair restraints - effectiveness.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food employee(s) not wearing a hair restraint.

3717-1-04.8(E)(1) / Single-service and single-use articles - storage
[52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles. Observed boxes of straws and containers stored on the floor. All single service articles must be stored at least 6 inches up off the floor.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed the wall by the mop sink is damaged.

No employees wearing masks when I entered for inspection. Employees put on masks when they were asked to.
If someone fits one of the exemptions for wearing masks, there must be written justification/documentation for this in the facility.
All employees must practice social distancing from one another. Observed employees working closely at this facility.
