New food provider this year is Manhattans. Food is dropped off (11:15), staff plates food and brings to classrooms to eat.

Probe thermometer available for monitoring and recording temperatures.
Hand-washing sink stocked with supplies
Gloves available and in use for handling food
Mix the available bleach with water to 100ppm - use chlorine test kit to verify concentration. Make sure all chemical spray bottles are labeled.

A new employee health log will be sent with this report. All kitchen staff are to read and sign form.
At this time due to covid19, the plan is to serve all packaged food that is taken to the classrooms to eat.
