3717-1-04.4(L) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Critical Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature. The dish machine only reached 148F on its final rinse. Contact a licensed repair service to fix the machine so that the final rinse water is at least 180F to strike the dish at 160F. Use the 3-compartment sink for warewashing until the machine has been repaired.

3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests.
Critical Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed flies around the 3-bay sink area. Contact a licensed pest control operator and thoroughly clean the facility to eradicate the pest.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Improper storage of food items. Observed boxes of food stored direcrtly on the floor of the walk-in freezer.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed lots of box lunch containers set out on tables that were open to the elements, but no one was working to fill them at time of inspection. Store all single use containers so that they are protected from contamination whe they are not in use.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed food debris inside the steamer. Thoroughly clean the interior of the steamer.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed a leak in the plumbing of the garbage disposal in the dishroom.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed holes in the walls of the dishroom.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. The ceiling of the dishroom is deteriorating due to excessive steam. Repair the ceiling.

The dish machine is leaking profusely onto the floor, its hood is failing (steam is escaping and damaging the ceiling) and it is missing curtains at the clean end. Repair the dish machine to eliminate the leak, stop the steam from escaping the hood system, and replace the missing curtains.

Facility not maintained clean. Observed build up on the floor beneath the fryers and the grill.
