Observed no service sink or curbed cleaning facility as required. Mop sink not available, uses bathroom toilet stool. Does not use floor drain in kitchen as it is in a processing/fryer area and concerned about cross contaminations.
At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located as specified in this rule.

Nearly Inspection Ready

Frozen temps good at 1 F to 9 F for retail and kitchen (ice creams/novelties, frozen fryer foods like chicken products). Refrigerated temps ranged 36.5 F to 41 F for deli pre-packaged sandwiches/subs, cheeses, raw eggs. Milks and juices in retail at 40 F.

Tools are present. Measured apx. 75 ppm chlorine. Probing thermometer in use. Uses tongs and other 'barriers for ready to eat foods that are TCS (Temperature Controlled Safety) foods.
