Hair must be covered by a hair restraint at all times when handling food. All employees behind the counter making drinks/food must wear a hair covering such as a hat or hairnet. There must be at least one person here at all times that has a minimum of Level 1 certification in food protection. Observed a level 2 certificate for facility- good |
