Critical Handwashing sink not accessible in the back area.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Observed old stickers left on the ice scoop - build-up present on stickers, stickers peeling off.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed containers of food sitting out - cheese slices, sausage, cream cheese, bacon 50-60F. Food is being left out during breakfast rush. This is not acceptable. This food must be maintained at proper temperature - 41F or below.

Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed build-up on the cooler doors, shelving, cooler gaskets, inside cabinets, and the walk-in cooler floor.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed build-up along the mop sink area - floor and walls. Observed back area in need of organizing and cleaning. Back table is full of clutter and personal items such as medicine and chemicals are mixed together.
