Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed employee raw shell eggs stored above milk. Eggs were moved to the bottome shelf.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods (milk 45F) not being cold held at the proper temperature in dorm cooler. Milk was moved to another cooler during inspection. Cooler temperature was turned down. Milk will not be placed in cooler until it is holding proper temperature.
