Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed a home use Magic Chef chest freezer in use for storage. All equipment used in a food facility must be commercial grade and NSF approved or equivalent.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the interior of the microwave is rusted and is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the wood shelving in the storage area has paint that is wearing off. Observed the wood shelf in the walk in cooler is not painted or sealed and is becoming dirty. Bare wood must be painted or sealed so that it is non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.
