Critical Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials.Pest insecticide in a sprayer found on a counter surface in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Person in charge stated the maintenance man left the sprayer in the kitchen by mistake. All chemicals must be stored away from equipment and off of surfaces to prevent contamination, and all pest control in a licensed facility must be administered by a licensed pest control applicator. The sprayer was removed from the kitchen at the time of inspection.
The insecticide was removed from the kitchen at the time of inspection.
