Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build-up on containers containing ingredients such as flour. Food contact surfaces shall be maintained clean to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize containers. Clean containers each time they are emptied of their contents

Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial cooking equipment such as pots and utensils on the mobile. Remove home-use equipment and replace with equipment that is approved for commercial use by a recognized testing agency.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed cooler gasket is torn. Repair/replace gasket to ensure cooler is holding at the proper temperature

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed grease build-up on inside and outside of fryers. Thoroughly clean fryers so they are free of build-up
