Consulted on opening with outside water source and limited menu. OK for fried foods such as fries, chicken and burgers on grill top from frozen state.
Cambro with hot water, soap and paper towels observed.
Dirty utensils kept separated from clean utensils and kitchenware.
Chlorine sanitizer used. Test strips available.
