No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed hose hooked up to three compartment sink that is not acceptable - use a proper faucet that can reach to each basin.

Faucet on three bay sink - hose not permitted. Use a faucet that can reach each bay.
Unscented bleach can be used to wash coffee pots at least every 24 hours, provide a chlorine test kit to verify concentration 50-100ppm.
Three compartment sink set-up 1. Wash, warm soapy water 2. Rinse, plain water 3. Food grade sanitizer and then air dry
Labeling information reviewed, handouts available if needed. All food must come from approved source. Ali's must have ODA registration.
If desserts can not be individually labeled, move them so they aren't available for self service and provide an ingredient binder with information for allergies.
