Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build-up inside the ice machine. Food contact surfaces shall be maintained clean to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Wash, rinse, and sanitize inside of the ice machine to remove build-up

Repeat Non-durable equipment observed. Observed walk-in cooler shelves are peeling and rusty. Replace, seal, or paint shelves so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
