Critical There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the Quat sanitizer used to clean the lunch tables.
Provide a Quat test kit (orange test papers) to check the concentration of Quat sanitizer available. Quat sanitizer should test at 200ppm in the rag bucket. To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
