Critical There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the Quat sanitizer used to clean the lunch tables.
Provide a Quat test kit (orange test papers) to check the concentration of Quat sanitizer available. Quat sanitizer should test at 200ppm in the rag bucket. To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.

Facility has been changed to a Class 4 license due to cooling and reheating. Refer to the Critical Control Point Inspection for all temperatures recorded today. All temperatures fell in the proper range today according to the Ohio Food Code.
