3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build-up inside of the ice machine. Corrective Action: PIC stated ice was not being served to students and the machine would be cleaned and emptied the following day. Clean the ice machine at a frequency that prevents accumulation of build-up. Equipment food-contact surfaces shall be maintained clean.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Repeat Employees breakroom improperly located. Observed personal food item stored on top of dry food storage. Utilize designated areas away from food and food contact surfaces for personal food item storage.

Facility is only serving breakfast this week, no food was being prepared or served at time of inspection. All equipment was being broken down and cleaned.
