Hand sinks stocked with soap, hot water, and paper towels. Thermometers, gloves, and test strips available. Sani-buckets set up throughout facility at 200ppm quaternary sanitizer. Dish machine tested at 50-100ppm chlorine sanitizer. Facility is well maintained. NOTES: 1. Observed several ServSafe Manager Certificates - discussed with PIC that they need to obtain the Ohio Level 2 Food Safety Certificate - Red Robin corporate does the training, so they will need to get the course approved by Ohio and will need to obtain Reciprocity for all of the employees who have already obtained the ServSafe Manager course.
