Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Observed sloppy joe at 128 (F), and hamburgers at 120(F). Sandwiches were reheated and rechecked at 135 (F). Correction: Hot holding must be at 135 (F) or above.
