3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the handsink in the bathroom being used to dispose of coffee. Correction: A handsink shall be used for no other purpose than to wash their hands.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed that the handsink in the restroom had a coffee pot in the handsink. The coffee pot was removed. Correction: A handsink shall be accessible at all times to wash hands.

3717-1-04.6(B) / Sanitizing frequency of utensils and food-contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
Critical Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. Observed that the inside of the three bay sinks had debris and build up on the inside of them and will need ti be closed. Correction: Food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned before and after use.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted. Observed utensils sitting in the three bay sink that were not inverted or covered.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed that there was debris and build-up under the shelving in the walk in cooler that will need to be cleaned.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed that the ceiling tiles in the facility need to be repaired due to holes and staining. Observed that the handsoap dispenser in the in the back by the handsink needs to be fixed.
