3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a strainer placed over the handwashing sink, indicating it is being used as a dump sink. Cease using the handwashing sink as a dump sink. It is to be used for handwashing alone, all other uses are prohibited.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed black build up on the ice machine's interior slide. Increase the cleaning frequency of the ice machine so build up does not occur and the ice is not contaminated.

3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap.
Critical Repeat Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. Observed no air gap present at the bar ice bin or the ice machine. Install air gaps at these locations for backflow prevention.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed a non-functional prep top table cooler on the premises. If the cooler is not in use, remove it from the facility.

Observed a three tray hot holding unit in a box in front of the bar warewashing machine.

The facility does not have the proper risk class to allow for hot holding of food for service. Remove the unit from the facility.
