Met with Wylie during the inspection today and Jeff (working on the remodel of the building). After the inspection was completed I spoke to Mika the owner on the phone.

Note: Facility is doing an awesome job handling food garnishes for their drinks. Facility properly washed fruit prior to cutting, used gloves while cutting the fruit, and used tongs when adding the garnish to drinks. Great Job!

Note: Facility is currently offering individual prepackaged snack foods only.

Consulted: The facility is currently going through an extensive remodeling. Facility must submit remodel plans to the health department for approval. Submit architectural prints/drawings and a complemented plan packet (located on the TLCHD website) to the health department. Contact the Plan Review Sanitarian, Sara Becker 419-213-4079, with any questions. Fell free to contact Amy Brown 419-279-7557, your health inspector, as well.

Consulted: Do not soak pop guns overnight. Remove the nozzle end and wash, rinse, and sanitize it in the 3-compartment sink. While the nozzle end is removed use your sanitizing cloth to clean and sanitize the gun itself. Wylie started this process during the inspection.

Consulted: Clean the ceiling fan in the women's rest-room, it is very dusty.
