[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed large cutting board on the cookline is scored and stained. PIC stated that they are planning on resurfacing the cutting board.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed sticker/label on the outside of a pan lid that had been washed. Ensure all stickers and sticker residue has been removed prior to washing pans and lids. Stickers and sticker residue can hold build-up and bacteria.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Mops dried improperly. Observed mop stored inside a mop bucket. Hang mops to dry to prevent bacteria growth.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed pits and damage on the floor throughout the facility. Repair the floor so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
