No violations at this time Ingredient labels available for Tom's Donuts. Food thermometer available- calibrate the thermometer to 32F with ice water Handsink stocked Quat sanitizer available. Quat test kit is available, however is is starting to discolor. It is recommended to replace the Quat test kit to have an accurate reading. |
