In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed scoops at the bar stored in standing water. Utenils must be stored in a clean, dry container or on a clean, dry surface, in the food/ice that it will be used in with the handle up out of the food, in a dipper well with constantly flowing water, or in water that is mechanically held hot at 135F or higher to prevent the growth of pathogens.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the right side door of the undercounter cooler at the expo area is broken off. Observed the pizza prep top cooler lid is coming apart, exposing insulation. Observed the microwave door handle is broken off.
