Corrected During Inspection No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s). Observed both paper towels dispensers empty in the kitchen area.

Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed acoustic ceiling tiles in the kitchen area. Replace with vinyl tiles, which are smooth and easily cleanable.
