Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed that the shelving in the walk in cooler is constucted of wood that is not sealed. The wood has spillage and other stains that cannot be removed.

Repeat Observed that the walk in cooler had debris and spillage on the floor, clean the floor.

| The new owner is making improvements to the facility nice job! 1. Miss Dee's was inspected, and the area is well kept and maintained. Discussed reheating of food which the facility is not doing. Note: Food can only be reheated in individual portions reheating cannot be done everyday. All items in the back room were off the floor Note: All food stored in the back room should be off the floor. 2. The owner replaced all the gaskets on the cooler doors to the walk in, nice job! 3. The food in the prep top cooler in the facility was dated and within the standards of the Ohio Food Code, nice job. Facility corrected this issue from the last inspection. 4. Discussed using bleach as their sanitizer at the inspection. |
