Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Observed Fairlife milk in the 2 door cooler located up by the check out at 74 degrees. TCS foods must be stored and held at 41 degrees or less to prevent the growth of pathogens. Corrective Action: The milk was discarded at the time of the inspection. Owner will have the cooler repaired and will not store any TCS foods in the cooler until it is functioning correctly and can maintain TCS foods at 41 degrees or less.
3717-1-07.2 / Poisonous or toxic materials: storage and display - separation
Critical Improper display of poisonous or toxic materials offered for retail sale. Observed chemicals being stored above food and single service items on the isle shelves. Rearrange the storage order on the isle shelves so that food and single service items are above all chemicals and toxic items. Corrective Action: Owner stated that the storage order would be adjusted today.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed the 2 door cooler up by the check out counter not functioning correctly or hold TCS foods at 41 degrees or less. Owner will have the cooler repaired. Maintain all equipment in good working order.

Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed split and torn gaskets on the walk-in cooler doors. Owner stated that new gaskets will be custom made for the doors.

Nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Observed the shelves in the walk-in cooler made of bare wood and the front counter area made of bare wood. Paint and/or seal all of the bare wood. Surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable and cannot be absorbent.
