3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Food not protected from contamination. Observed that the facility was using a fan, to dry the lunch trays. Discussed that the fan cannot be used because it had dust build-up on the guards and the blade. Wash the trays again and clean the fan.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available. Observed that the facility needs Chlorine test strips for their bleach sanitizer.

Trudi was available for the inspection.

Discussed using the bleach sanitizer instead of the MAXIM Super SAN.

A demonstration was done at the facility on how to dilute the Chlorine sanitizer so its concentration is between 50-100 PPM. The sanitizer was remade using the bleach in the facility in all of the buckets, and in the three bay sink.

Discussed organizations using the kitchen. If an organization comes in to use the facility they will need to pull a temporary food license through the Toledo Lucas County Health Department.

1. Gloves, hairnets, and thermometers were available in the facility.
2. Rose is used for pest control and the last service was on 4/4/2024.
3. Employee Health was signed and reviewed.
4. Vomit/fecal form was available.
