| 1. The facility is more maintained then the last inspection. 2. The employee asked about a letter sent from the city of Toledo. A discussion took place that it may be concerning the license that is needed from the city of Toledo. There was contact info on the letter and the facility was told to contact the city before 4.25.2024 which is stated on the letter. 3. Great Job on having all food items off of the floor in the walk-in cooler. |
